Mr. Beh Hock Heng (P.J.K.) (CULMI AIR-COND & REFRIGERATION PARTS SUPPLY SDN. BHD. - MANAGING DIRECTOR) had been awarded Pingat Jasa Kebaktian (P.J.K.) by Yang di-Pertua Negeri of Malacca Tuan Yang Terutama Tun Seri Setia (Dr.) Haji Mohd Ali bin Mohd Rustam on 24-8-2021 and the ceremony was held on 4-12-2021 in conjunction with the 72nd Official Birthday Celebration.
 

Mr. Beh is the Executive Director of CULMI AIR-COND & REFRIGERATION PARTS SUPPLY SDN BHD. Since the year of 2010 he has been very active in MACRA (MALAYSIAN AIR-CONDITIONING & REFRIGERATION ASSCOCIATION) and was appointed to MACRA Board Committee Members assuming the 2nd Vice President post for the 2012-2013 term. 

His main involvements with MACRA’s representation more towards Government’s Policy Formulations and Implementations  in which MACRA is one of the Stake Holders.

He had contributed significantly for the NATIONAL CFC PHASE-OUT PLAN (NCFCP) – REFRIGERATION SERVICING SECTOR (RSS) which ended in the year of 2010. He as well actively involved in MALAYSIA HCFC PHASE-OUT MANAGEMENT PLAN (HPMP STAGE-1, 2012-2016) with the contribution of ideas for the Implementation Policy with other Stake Holders with eventual written email expression of greatest gratitude by Madam Mashitah Darus (Principle Assistant Director – National Ozone Unit, Air Division Department of Environment Malaysia (DOE) dated on 17-10-2013.

He also was invited in the round table deliberation on the subject of PHASE-DOWN HFC (R410A) which was organized by MALAYSIA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT (DOE) together with relevant Stake Holders in the year of 2013.

His culmination of success in assisting the Air-Cond Industry was the negotiation with SERUHANJAYA TENAGA (ST) for the implementation of IEC with COA for the Domestic Air-Conditioners with 32,000 Btu/hr and below which eventually seeing the SIRIM STICKER to be adhered on the Fan Coil units effective Jan’2014.
